Strict No-Refund Policy for Services
At Jony Designs, all payments made for services are non-refundable. By purchasing or engaging our services, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms stated in this policy.

No Refund on Service Payments
All payments made for services, including advance payments, deposits, consultation fees, development fees, or service charges, are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances once the payment has been processed.

Work Initiation
Once a project or service has been initiated, scheduled, or resources have been allocated, the payment cannot be refunded, regardless of whether the client decides to discontinue, cancel, or delay the project.

Client-Initiated Cancellation
If a client chooses to cancel the service after payment has been made, no refund will be issued, as time, planning, and resources would have already been committed to the project.

Change of Mind
Refunds will not be granted due to a change of mind, change of business plans, lack of communication, or delays from the client’s side.

Third-Party Fees
Any fees paid to third-party platforms, payment gateways, software providers, hosting providers, or external services are outside our control and are not refundable by our company.

Dispute or Chargeback
Any attempt to initiate a payment dispute, chargeback, or reversal after services have been started will be considered a violation of this agreement, and the company reserves the right to provide all relevant documentation and communication records to the payment provider or legal authority.

Exception (Company Discretion)
Any refund, if offered in rare cases, will be entirely at the sole discretion of the company and should not be considered a standard practice or obligation.
By proceeding with payment, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Strict No-Refund Policy.
